Harvesting method :
Hand harvesting using the traditional “rakes”.
On the same day as harvesting. Cold pressing and immediate grinding yield a highly aromatic extra virgin olive oil with a long-lasting finish and a very low level of acidity. Our extra virgin olive oil rests in stainless steel containers where it decants naturally before being bottled.
Extra virgin olive oil is ideal for bruschettas, salads and pinzimonio.
Owing to its low acidity, it is also excellent for cooking and frying.
